Today, I’ll introduce “Teshima”.
■About Teshima
Teshima is a small island which located in Setouchi sea, nearby Naoshima.
It is famous for art and there are lots of art works around this island.
Because of that, many tourists borrow rent-a-cycle and go around.
(Buses run once an hour.)
■Teshima Art Museum
Teshima Art Museum stands on a hill, and it is the most famous spot in Teshima.
On the way to the art work, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Setouchi sea.
Inside the art work, you can feel nature sounds, lights and flow of water.
In this museum, there are also cafe and shop.
The cafe has good atmosphere and you can eat lemon roll cake, muffin and so on.

■How to get there?
<From Okayama Station>
1. Take a bus bound for Shibukawa/Diamond Setouchi Marine Hotel (Platform 2)
2. Get off at Uno Station (it takes about 50min from Okayama Station)
3. Go to ferry terminal (you can see a red signboard)
4. Buy a ticket (ticket counter for Naoshima is on right side)
5. Get on a ferry
※Please be careful that there are 2 ferry terminals in Teshima.
If you will go to Teshima Museum, you should get off at “Karato ferry terminal”.
